Michael has a long history of real estate training and education. He has been a certified trainer for the National Association of Home Builders, certified clock hour instructor for the State of Washington, and created the New Construction Specialist Designation at his prior firm. He also taught a first-time homebuyer course for years and was certified to teach on behalf of the Washington Housing Finance Commission which is a grant based program for down payment assistance.
